Eligibility:
You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items you are unsatisfied with. To qualify:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Process:
Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team to start the process.
Ship the Item: Return the eligible item to us. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item to verify its condition.
Notification & Resolution: We will promptly notify you of the status of your request after inspection.
For approved exchanges: We will ship your replacement item of the same product within 2 business days. We cover the shipping cost for exchanges.
For approved refunds: We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within 2 business days, though please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it to your account.
